The Talking Point is a registered Medicare Provider. Children with chronic or complex needs may be eligible for up to five Medicare-funded sessions per calendar year. Ask your GP for more information.
Children with ASD may be eligible for assessment and therapy funding. Speak to your Paediatrician for more information.
Many private health funds provide rebates for speech pathology. Please check your level of cover with your insurer and contact them for more information.
Children and adults with a permanent, significant disability may access NDIS funding for assessment and therapy. The Talking Point can see children with Self-Managed or Plan-Managed NDIS funds. We are not currently able to see children with NDIA-Managed plans.
